Finally!

We've tried a few times to get Quentin to ride his bike without training wheels. Jeremy would give him a good push, he'd ride across the street, stop and not want to do it again. So, Jeremy finally put the training wheels back on his bike.. but put them on the highest setting. Quentin didn't realize it, but he was pretty much riding his bike without them. They rarely touched the ground. He rode like that for a few months.

Then yesterday, there was a bike sitting at the neighbors house and I asked Quentin if he wanted to try it, since it didn't have training wheels. He said no, and got on a balance bike (one without pedals).. A few minutes later, he comes out from behind a car, and is riding the other bike, with pedals.. and no training wheels.

It was awesome. He was so excited. He yelled at me to make sure I was watching him. All the neighbors were cheering him on. He rode and rode and rode..  it was a fight to get him off that bike when it was time to go in.

So of course, I had plenty of time to get it on video.
