We started off the month with Ben at the doctor for his 18 month check up. He's doing great. I can't find what I did with his stat sheet, but I'll update when I find it.
We took in an Iowa State basketball game - Quentin and Cameron thought it was a lot of fun. FYI - food is not cheap there. a Gatorade was $5.. a cup of cookies was also $5. It was so fun to see the players so close. We ended up leaving at half time, because the Cyclones were winning and it was a school night. Huge Thanks to Grandma Nancy for watching Ben.
Sometimes Jeremy works late, so we go eat dinner with him at work. ;) The kids LOVE it, and ask to go eat there all the time.
We had our annual friends christmas party. We draw names, make a craft and play. It's a lot of fun. This year, we did hand prints on ornaments. They were super easy. Either Wyatt or Jackson were sick this year, so they weren't able to join us. Sarah was still awesome, and brought the gifts her kids were to bring though. Bobbie and Dylan were also able to join us this year as well. I always get a kick out of how long Betty and Stella's hair is. Having boys, they never want to let it grow out.
Ben likes to take cold cans from the fridge and hold them on his gums/teeth. so don't worry, this is unopened.

Cam got a Darth Vador figure. I'm pretty sure he wanted to sleep it for a week straight.
Quentin got a hot wheels thing.
And, in case you couldn't tell, Iowa football was also playing this day. I'm pretty sure they won. :)
Happy Birthday Daddy! - Since Ben had his Holiday program on Jeremy's birthday, we celebrated a day early by going to Hickory Park.
Daycare does a holiday program every year. This year, only Ben participated since Quentin and Cameron no longer go to daycare. Ben sang Twinkle Twinkle little star, and Jingle Bells. For Twinkle Twinkle Little Star - they flash their hands like stars and the teachers sing. They have little bells for Jingle Bells, and they shake them. It's pretty cute!

Ben with Ms Denise - She spoils him WAY too much at daycare. :)
Merry Christmas - We headed to my parents for Christmas Eve. Dad made his traditional Prime Rib - it was awesome! Payton's friend Kinzie joined us this year. She's become part of the family now and even joins us for family dinners.
We weren't expecting a white Christmas, but it did end up snowing just enough to make 5 little snowmen.
Of course, there was pasta and meatballs, cheesy potatoes bread, and a slew of other things to eat.
Quentin is excited about Darth Vader slippers

Just what Cam needs - a megaphone that makes his voice sound like different things.
