We started off the month with Ben's 1 year doctor appointment. He did great.. despite the shots. It does get easier and easier with each kid when it comes to the shots. He weighed in at 22 pounds (62%), 30.5 cm tall (76%) and his head is 18 inches (39%). This also served as a pre-op visit for ear tubes that we'd scheduled a month prior. Dr Schutte and I decided that since he hadn't had an ear infection in nearly 6 weeks, we'd cancel the tubes procedure, which is what I was ultimately hoping for.

I love how chubby he is. And, I'd like to know how much of his hair contributes to his weight. |
A couple weeks after canceling the ear tubes, we were back at the doctors with an ear infection. At first I was regretting not doing the tubes.. but, worse case scenario, we could just call and get back on the schedule. Dr Schutte felt that with summer approaching, that would help. So, we did our 10 days of the one antibiotic Ben can do, and it did clear up.

Thankfully Quentin brought that motorcycle with us to the Dr.. it was the only thing Ben wanted. |
Since I'm usually off early on Friday afternoons - We had a neighborhood play date at a park in Altoona - Pirate Cove. These are the kids of only 3 families, and I was missing 2 of mine.
Happy Fathers day! I apparently have no pictures of my dad on Fathers day, but we went to Riccelli's for dinner. It was good.. and the kids ran around like crazy - Thankfully it wasn't busy. We clearly need to take them to restaurants more.
Jeremy is a homebody, so he just wanted to hang around home for his day.
Daycare and school always do something fun for mothers day and fathers day. Quentin was already done with pre-school, but he still made something, and his teacher told him to keep it in a safe place until Fathers Day. And, he did just that. He kept it in a little trunk in his bedroom. I did have to remind him to go find it though.
Hooray! Uncle Jerry came to visit from Phoenix. He wasn't here long.. we had dinner at one of my favorites - Scornovacco's.

Ben and Logan - Eric and I had a tough time keeping food in front of these 2. They were eating it faster than we could cut it. |
And to end the month - We had Morano family day at the cubs game. Almost the whole Morano family showed up. It was great to see everyone. Some even made it on tv during the news - They were the rowdy ones!
Other pictures from the month...

| so gross, but I had to take a pic before I stopped him. |

| Desperately needed haircuts - done! |
 |
| They're too big to all 3 fit in the kiddie pool. :( |
We often take walks to the parks around town. Luckily, we have 3 within a mile. And another one is only 2 miles. Then the schools play areas are within a mile as well. Cameron and Ben both love the swings, but Cameron always wants the baby one.. this park happened to have 2. It was a cry fest when it was time to leave.

| Cheers! |
Jeremy did a little landscaping project.
My garden is finally starting to do something.

The neighbor kid had a swamp theme party and these were the party hats. |
The city park - Quentin's favorite park.

| Watermelon |
We had outside movie night
I've been running in the mornings.. and these sun rises have been my motivation to make it to the lake.. which is about 1.75 miles one way.
