February!!

Hooray for short months! I also like that I don't have to change my calendar from February to March because the days stay the same.

We started the month with Pre-School Family Fun night. All the kids LOVED it. They had games in the gym and then crafts in the classrooms.

One of Quentin's field trips this year was to Stephens Auditorium for a play - Pete the Cat. It was cute, Quentin thought it was boring. 

KaVon was awarded as the Boys and Girls Club Youth of the Year for the 2nd year a in a row. So excited for him.

Happy Valentines Day!! We had our own little party at work and even created our own boxes. It was a lot of fun.

My box for work

I always go through the kids candy and take out the good pieces, i.e. - chocolate. It was pretty disappointing and there wasn't much chocolate in any of them. Guess it was a sign that I didn't need it.

The kids often "try" each others suckers. I don't get it. 😮

Mom, Kristy, Aunt LaRee and I went to reclaimed rails for some dueling piano's. It was a good time.

Happy National Margarita Day! Feb. 22 - A couple co-workers and I headed to Fuzzy's taco for some lunch and margaritas. They were relish. 

I took Cam and Quentin to Bingo - I didn't realize it was sponsored by a church. Thankfully we sat in the back and they didn't bother us about joining (not that I'm against joining a church)

Apparently, it was nice enough to hit up the park one day and wear shorts.
