My newest favorite picture. It's not easy holding all 3 boys, especially when Cam and Q think it's a wrestling session.

 

 

Ben is 3 Months!

When did this happen? Ben is already 3 months old. He continues to be such a happy kid. He loves his baths.. he loves talking and is SOOO close to laughing. He's not a huge fan of tummy time, but we're working on it. Quentin and Cameron continue to love their brother, and try to cover him up with blankets, bring him a pacifier, hug and kiss him all the time. It's super cute.. but the blankets get a little overwhelming.. and Cam doesn't really know to NOT put it on Ben's head.. so, thats another thing we're working on. Ben is eating and sleeping great. We're up to 5 ounces ever 3-4 hours. and I try for 6 before bed.. so far, it hasn't worked. He's really good at pushing the bottle away when he's done.  

 

 

Cameron turns 2!!

Cameron turned 2 on August 15th. He's grown up SO much and too fast. We had his 2 year appointment this past Monday, and he did great. He weighed 25.4(19%), was 34 inches tall (48%) and his head was 18cm. There were no shots, or even a finger prick. So he got off easy. We also took Ben for his 2 month at the same time.. He didn't get off so lucky. He got 3 or 4 shots and an oral vaccine. He took the oral like a champ.. not so much the shots. More on him in another post..

Back to Cameron.. At 2 years, Cameron is doing great!

- He still has ezcema in places and so we'll continue to put medicine on that. It does clear up with the medicine, but the day we don't do it, it comes back. So far it's just isolated to a couple areas and hasn't spread.
- Sings songs all the time, however, we have no idea what songs he's singing.
- Loves his baby brother Ben! Cam is constantly trying to put a blanket on him, give him a binky, rub his back, give him hugs and kisses. He can't just leave him alone.
- He's a little rough.. He likes to tackle and be tackled. He will try to tackle and wrestle with Quentin, but Quentin usually walks away crying after a few minutes.
- Loves drinking water. And says "water" whenever he sees it. He will choose water over milk 85% of the time. Will also request to drink from a cup.
- Talks all the time. We can understand 60% of what he says. Loves saying Thank you and please.
- Not a huge fan of TV.. he'll sit next to Q and watch for a couple minutes.. but then he's off destroying something.
- So destructive.. He will intentionally make a mess and smile as you watch him.. But, he also helps pick it up.
- Loves eating! Often times, he eats his food, and then will grab whats left of Quentin's as well.
- Has really started to like Lego's and building big big towers.


On with pictures..

On Cameron's actual birthday, we ordered pizza and Grandma Nancy came over. We ate, opened presents and ate again - cupcakes. Cameron LOVED all of his presents.. and so does Quentin. Grandma Nancy even took Q shopping to get a couple things for Cameron. I helped him wrap them, and he was VERY excited for him to open them.

The following Sunday, we headed to my parents house to celebrate some more. Mom and dad made breaded pork chops, cheesy potatoes and I can't remember what else. But Cam LOVED that pork chop. I think he almost ate an entire one. And he had lettuce for the first time and kept stealing Quentins.

I let Jeremy decorate the cake.. bad idea. :)

Ben has me up at 4:30 this morning, so I thought he might as well help with a post.

Happy 2 Months, Benjamin!!

Today, Ben turns 2 months old. We'll have his appointment on the 15th, when we have Cameron's 2 year appointment. It's starting to get crazy keeping track of all these appointments, milestones, who needs a bath, who's shoes are who's etc etc. I know it will just get crazier as the boys get older and more involved in stuff. Luckily, the craziness doesn't bother me.

At 2 months, Ben is a happy baby!  He weighed in at 14.2 pounds (63%), is 24 inches tall (58%) and his head is 15.75 cm (47%). He smiles all the time, coo's swats at toys and is just chill. He rarely cries and overall is a great baby. He's sleeping great. We swaddle him in his crib around 7:30 and he sleeps until 3:30ish, eats and goes back to bed until 6:30. Last night he didn't get up until 4:30.. so, hopefully that continues. 

He's eating great, about 4 ounces every 3 hours. He's a sloppy eater and a terrible burper though. But, thankfully, he's not a happy puker, like Cameron was. He's not a puker at all. Which is great. He does have wet burps every once in awhile though. 

So far, he's not picky. Doesn't care what bottle we feed him with, doesn't really want a pacifier, doesn't care if he's swaddled or not. Noise and baths don't really bother him. He really just a chill baby. And he does have a ton of hair. Everyone tells me that, but until I looked back at Q and Cam's pictures, I didn't realize just how much more hair has than they had at the same age.  And, he hasn't lost much of it since birth. For comparison purposes.. Pictures of Q and Cam at 2 months are posted. I did have the worst heartburn with Ben as well.

On with a couple more pictures - only a couple because I'm saving others for a normal happenings. I've still be taking a fare share of pictures of all the kids.
