Fun to be ONE!!

Cameron turned the big ONE on the 15th. We celebrated by having his doctor appointment, and getting 4 shots. :(  He handled it well, and only cried a couple minutes. Other than the shots, his appointment went really good, and he's doing great. He weighed 21.5# (61%) is 29.75 inches tall (47%) and his head is 18 inches (40%). So, pretty average. He doesn't have any teeth yet, so I'm guessing his great sleeping will come to an end here soon.

Other fun things about Cameron - He can say several words - Mama, Dada, Bye, dog and oh. He's very ticklish, especially on his legs and back, and loves to be tickled. Loves going upside down. He can stand for several seconds, but has only taken a step once or twice and then goes down. He can wave and clap, and is "So Big." He constantly smiles and is just so fun to be around. 

The real celebration came Friday night. We had a little get together with our immediate family. I think he liked his cake, but he'd eaten so much at dinner, I don't think he was hungry. He's not lacking in the weight department, so I was okay with that. We did take mini cupcakes to daycare on his birthday as well, and his teachers said he loved them. I have no doubt he did.  We had a great time and Cameron loves all his gifts. It's so hard to believe he's 1 already.
