Grandma Nancy came over with presents - I think Q and Cam were equally as excited as Ben.
We had birthday dinner and cake at mom and dads.

We finally had Ben's 2 year appointment - as expected, he's doing awesome! He weighed in at 27# (36%), 36 inches tall (91%) and his head is 19 inches.
After 3 kids, I've learned having food with you at the dr.'s office helps everything. Ben got a 3 shots, but now he's done until he goes to Kindergarten.
Ben and I met my friend Haley at the farmers market - I thought for sure Ben would be thrilled to ride the train by himself.. nope.. He wouldn't go unless I went with him. Fitting in that train was not an easy task.
The neighbor Talan had his birthday party at the zoo. The kids LOVED it, despite it being one of the hottest days of the year.

Nancy was sick as was Jeremy, so I stayed home from work with these 2 knuckle heads. Since I didn't want them getting sick, we decided to take an adventure to Big Creek and check out the playground and beach area there. These 2 LOVED it.
Happy Fathers day! I asked Jeremy what he wanted to do for father day and he said, stain the deck. So thats just what we did. He power washed it on that Saturday and I spent the day staining it on Sunday. It turned out great.
Another adventure - Jeremy had his company golf outing so the kids and I found something to do... the Prairie Learning Center in Prairie City. I'd never been, and neither have the kids, so we thought we'd go check it out. The buffalo an were pretty far away from the road. I hear they often will cross right in front of you so we'll have to visit again.
On the way home, I saw a sign for Thomas Mitchell park, so we headed there to eat the lunch I'd packed. It was very peaceful, and the kids liked trying to skip rocks. I think all the good skipping rocks had already been skipped though.
We met up with Dianna and Eric at the camp site. Jeremy has a camper on his wish list.
These next 2 pictures of Logan crack me up. If you click on them, you can see them much larger, and it's worth it. The look he gives is hilarious.
Ben and Logan took turns pushing each other.
Happy early Birthday, Quentin - Mom and dad were going out of town for Dad's birthday, so we celebrated dad and Quentin's birthday a week early. He's really into power rangers these days.
| A Power Ranges sword - the only thing he wanted. |
We ended the month with a family bike ride to one of the parks, which is about 2.5 miles from our house. Cam an Ben were hot, but they were troopers. Quentin rode his bike to and from the whole way.
Other pictures from the month..
All the kids love sweet corn - Quentin says it's his favorite.
Cam's bike got left in a driveway and it got ran over. Now he's without a bike and a scooter (We think he left the scooter outside when it was city wide clean up days, and someone picked it up thinking it was trash)

Every year Bondurant has like a Summer fest thing. The boys loved seeing their favorite super hero's and watching the tractor pulls. Cameron said Superman's undies are weird.
If you don't have snapchat, you might be missing out. I sent lots of silly things via snapchat. Here are a few...
