February

Nothing in February really stands out.. but no fear, I still took lots of pics.. So, I'll let them do most of the talking.

Apparently, it snowed the first part of the month. Our poor tree.. I wasn't sure it was going to survive the heavy snow, but I think it did.

After awhile, Jeremy decided to go out and snow blow, even though it was still coming down pretty good. Quentin took charge of the porch.

The neighbor kid thought it was good bike riding weather

with the loud snow blowers, Cam didn't last long. His
cheeks get so chapped so fast anyway.

Cameron loves a good taco!

Ben is quick to figure out the tackling thing.

Green pancakes. I can't even tell you the last time we had
normal colored pancakes.

One of the advantages to having vaulted ceilings.. You can stand on shoulders.. now if we could just teach Q how to change a light bulb and balance.

Finally warm enough to play in the snow that we got earlier in the month.

Quentin built a slide on the big pile.. I was impressed.

Dinner at Perkins!
More snow fun.. I found these snow paint things at Target.. they were a hit.

You never know what kind of outfit
he'll come up with.
I braved taking all 3 kids to the doctor.. Ben had an ear infection, and Cam had pink eye.

You can kind of see our family that
Quentin drew.
Cam and Quentin were good helpers and listeners for me. It was so cute to see them hold hands while walking to the car.

Quentin is learning SO much at pre-school this year. He can read some words, and tries to sound them out.

He loves his family(thats me with the crazy hair), McDonalds,
Mario and Luigi, toad, showers and jelly beans.

A hat he painted.. I thought he did pretty
good.
Child #3, and Frodo continues to be so good with having his eyes poked, ears and tailed pulled and climbed on.

Happy Valentines day! Q and Cam made bubbles with blow pops, with a little tag that says, Valentine, you blow my mind. Ben's is a little applesauce, that says Awesome Sauce.

We made pizzas. The kids LOVED it and Quentin is constantly asking if we can make them again.

Quentin played basketball in Ankeny. He LOVED it. It was a nice program and we'll go back again if nothing is offered here in town for his age.

Quentin mastered climbing the pole in the basement. He was so proud of himself.

Quentin taught Cam how to do summersaults

We picked up the new Ninja Turtle movie.. It had masks that came with it. How do you not put them on?

We were back to the doc with Ben.. Another ear infection. Thankfully, he's still pretty happy.

Ben started crawling!

It's near impossible to get all 3 of these boys to sit in the same spot, let alone look at the camera.

We made quedillas. The kids really like helping with cooking and baking.

Now that Quentin takes showers, he likes to help give the littles their baths. It's pretty cute, except he's not very good at warning them before pouring water on their heads.. and he'll quit half way through.

We colored and played in the basement a lot this month.

Ben tried cottage cheese.. He wasn't sure about it at first.. but, LOVED it!

We ended the month by taking in one of Julian's basketball games. He gets better and better each time I watch him.

And Ben turned 9 months!! Crazy how fast it's gone.
