September....

The much awaited September post is finally here! Better late than never. And, I promise to try and get back on track..soon. I'm going to let the pictures do most of the talking. We didn't have a super busy month, but did have LOTS of Soccer.

Quentin played soccer this year. They played on Tuesdays and Saturdays (which seemed intense for 4yr soccer). Tuesdays were rough, as he also had pre-school that day. But each game, they started out with 15 minutes of drills, then 30-45 minutes of 3V3. Some games Q did great, others, not so much. ha! But, he says he liked it and wants to play again. Keeping Cam under close eye while at the game was a tough challenge most games. Thankfully, either Jeremys mom, or my mom and dad were at the games, so they were great in helping.

Cameron LOVES Ben! Which is awesome, and so cute. He continues to always want to bring him toys, and is constantly giving him hugs and kisses and always tells us when Ben is crying or sleeping (in case we didn't know).

Happy Ben!

Cam loves his lawn mower as well. He is always walking it around, and will randomly stop, flip it over and pretend he's working on it. It's super cute!

Haircuts!! Cam and Quentin both do great letting Jeremy cut their hair.

There is new park in Ankeny. It's for kids of all abilities, mostly catering to those with disabilities. It's pretty cool. We met Carrie and Stella there to check it out.

Mom wanted some family pictures.. so we picked a spot and all met there. We were to wear fall like colors, however, it was so hot that day for September, and I'd completely forgotten about the fall colors rule, so my family was dressed in mostly light blue. :/

My fav!

My kids are TERRIBLE popsicle eaters!

A neighbor gave us these crocs, and Cam likes
them so much, he's slept with them for a few
nights.

Can you guess where we're at? Hint: one of my
favorite places.

Aunt Penny and Uncle Fred invited us over for dinner one night. Uncle Fred is one mean chicken griller. It's always good. The kids have so much fun there, and they have this awesome swing in their back yard.

Ben has a gray hair!! He actually has a few.

Ben loves his bumbo
There is a field behind the houses across the street from us. Cam kept wanting to run back there, and watch for the combine to come around. And, he'd yell, "TRACTOR," every time.

And lastly, we welcomed the newest family member.. Logan! Dianna had Logan on the 18th. It was a rough delivery, but both are doing good.

Sorry this post seems kind of all over the place.. but, you'll have to deal with it. ha! Next month's will be better.
