What a busy week. We started the long (or not log enough) holiday weekend on Thursday. Quentin got his 4th haircut. I think the kid has had more haircuts in his 17 months of life than I have the past 2 years.

Friday night we headed to Uncle Fred and Aunt Penny's house. I was a little bummed I didn't get there in time to see little Max. Guess I won't be late next time. We had a blast hanging out with everyone. Dinner was great, as always and Q was exhausted by the time we left. He barely made it out the driveway before he was asleep. Hopefully we can all get together like that again soon.

Afterwards, Jeremy headed home with the sleepy Q, and I headed to the Lichtenbergers house for a quick hello, and then to Francies to see the new engaged couple - Jona and Shawn. It's always fun hanging out with Jona and her parents...and shawn too. :)
Finally onto Christmas Eve - We hung around the house most of the morning. We headed to my parents house at 3. Dad made prime rib for dinner and it was AWESOME! I wish I had half of his cooking skills. We also had ham, cheesy potatoes and corn casserole. Everything was great and we were stuffed.

Sunday morning - Hooray!! Santa came!!. Jeremy and I had fun putting everything out. We were so excited for Q to wake up. We talked about Santa, but I don't think Q really understood it. And he's terrified of the guy, so it probably wouldn't excite him one bit to know he broke into our house and put gifts under the tree.

Grandma Nancy came over Sunday morning. She brought Q a tricycle, a helmet, a giant pillow and blanket that she had made herself and a bunch of other stuff. Q loved it all, the tricycle and helmet being his favorite. Jeremy had to sneak the trike downstairs so he'd pay attention to all the other things.
Late afternoon Sunday, we headed to my Aunt LaRee's house. It's always great hanging with the Mohler clan. My cousin Jeremy and his son Hunter came all the way from Phoenix. They hadn't been here since my wedding, so it was fun to see them and see how big Hunter has gotten.

Once again, Q was exhausted and fell asleep pretty fast once we were in the car.
Bobbie and Dylan came over on Monday night. Dylan got Q an awesome musical instrument set. Both Q and D enjoyed playing with it.
