Another 2 week recap:
I had intentions of updating on my birthday, but I decided to get wife of the year award and find an iphone 5 for Jeremy instead. Of course I called before going to most places and ended up way out at Jordan Creek mall to get the last one at the AT&T store. There was a line at the Apple store, so I could have still maybe got one there as well. It was amazing to me the type of people getting these phones. It wasn't just your young crowd. A few in line at the Apple store were well over 60 years old.

Jeremy convinced Q to lay with him and watch football for his nap. But, I think it was just so Jeremy didn't have to put his phone down. |
After a disappointing Hawkeye loss, Saturday afternoon, we headed to mom and dads for my birthday dinner - pizza. And, since Annette, Dianna's and my meatball stashes were depleted, we decided to roll some meatball too. We ended up rolling a total of 25 pounds of meat.
| Rolling meatballs is an art! |
| Ready to fry |
| Frying |
| And relax! |
This past weekend, we decided to have a little bon fire. The neighbor kids loved making smores. Quentin, however, just sat at the table and ate all the ingredients. I was shocked to see there was actually some chocolate left at the end of the night. The adults had fun waiting for 10pm to arrive, so we could all sign up for the Living History Farms race.
Saturday morning, we met up with Kristy and Emily at the Farmers Market. The weather was perfect and surprisingly, not many people are there at 7:30 in the morning.
| Q wasn't as excited about the train ride this time. |
| He liked pushing Cameron instead. |
| And helping Daddy eat a cookie. |
Sunday morning, Q and I headed to meet with Carrie, Stella, Saran and Lena for a little photo shoot. The kids at fun playing and copying each other. We adults had fun taking their pictures. I took over 700. Obviously I won't put all of them on here.. but here are a few.
| Maybe modeling is in Q's future |
| yes, he's scooping water into his mouth. |
Here are a few other pics from the last couple weeks..
| Q often forgets he has his helmet on. |
It's hard to believe he once fit in the car seat. |
| Quentin loves the "big big pumpkins" |
Great pictures. Thanks for sharing!
